These programs were selected from hundreds of submissions for their innovation and quality. The programs will be exhibiting under the theme of Meeting Community Needs Through Integrated Care. According to William Krever, President and CEO of Better Living Health and Community Services. The Expo is taking place November 18 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The Minister of Health will kick off the event at 11 a.m. with a presentation ceremony to six projects with innovation grants of $10,000. Another project will receive a $10,000 innovation grant at the end of the day based on the People’s Choice votes received during the event.
