Casual Outdoor Home Maintenance Workers
Do you love working outdoors and getting out in the community? Four Seasons Connections (FSC) is an outdoor home maintenance program that connects seniors and disabled adults to outdoor home maintenance assistants. We are always recruiting friendly, dedicated individuals to assist North York seniors with their outdoor home maintenance activities, such as leaf raking, gardening, and snow shoveling. Our workers provide outdoor home maintenance assistance to seniors in the fall/winter and/or spring/summer season. Outdoor home maintenance activities can range from snow and ice removal in the winter, to planting and grass cutting in the summer. We give you the freedom to choose outdoor activities that interest you and then connect you to a senior based on your preferences.
Workers receive a same-day cash payment after each work session. Cash is paid by the client directly to the worker. The hourly wages are:
$10/hour for youth (age 17 and under)
